At Kilroy, she oversees all sustainability initiatives.

Phyllis Nelson, MHA, is the CEO of Nelson and Associates and has extensive experience in many leadership roles in healthcare, facilities management and construction. Phyllis has championed the efforts to develop policies related to the Covid-19 epidemic and the process to transition to the new normal in hospital operations.
