OUR APPROACH

Enpowered’s proven 3-Step approach to Prop 39 has yielded over $75M in funds for California K-12 schools, with a 100% EEP approval rate:

Step I: Planning

Our overall collaborative approach is designed to ensure that the District’s Proposition 39 needs are met without sacrificing stakeholder input, while minimizing LEA costs. Our initial survey is not just of your plans or facilities, but also the people involved in the day-to-day management of facilities, maintenance, and operations.

Step II: Energy Expenditure Plan (EEP) Development

Our team of Sr. Engineers and Auditors will complete the process of comprehensively addressing each and every site’s needs, guiding the District through each of Proposition 39’s required steps. This will result in thorough reports and fully actionable measures.

Step III: EEP Submission and Reporting

Enpowered’s proven process of Energy Expenditure Planning and submission will ensure that your Plan will be approved and your funds will be released without delays. We have a 100% Plan approval rate. Enpowered also submits quarterly reports on your behalf until all projects are completed, followed by an expenditures report beginning 12-15 months after first project completion.
